France: An Ideal and Awesome Place on Earth
Hailed as one of the most romantic sites on Earth, France is definitely on top of every European cross country traveler's list. Known for its romanticized setting, stunning fashion sense, exquisite dining, and vibrant cultural wealth France has always been the dream destination of most tourists.
It is positively recommendable that you got to France during spring which is approximately from May to June. I got the experience of wandering to France during the latter part of July, and I must say, most of the city proper are surprisingly desolate like that of a ghost town in general Western films. I later on recognized that most people like to take their yearly five week's vacation in the mountains. This unexpected exodus of majority of the people forces many shops to close down, and all that's left waiting for you are lonely pubs and apartments which make you feel like the last surviving man on earth.
So, to insure that you would get most of your expedition in France, better go there during Spring, for the country holds tons of events during that season. One of these events is the prominent Fashion Week that takes place in early February. The month of May entails the launching of the Annual Cannes Film Festival while a festive parade commemorating the fall of Bastille in 1789 happens on July with outdoor parades and remarkable fireworks display to cap off the exciting activities.
